About a month ago a friend of mine took me to your Leederville (WA) store for dinner and since then I have been obsessed! Every time I make a dinner plan with friends I always suggest Zambrero and every person I have taken has been loving it! Firstly love your product… Now that I have you in a good mood! Can you let me know what exactly (or not so exactly) is in the Garlic White Sauce (apart from the garlic). Now we can’t tell you our secret recipe in it’s entirety but I can tell you that we are working on bringing you our garlic and herb sauce by the gallon load! I live in Canberra and since discovering Zambrero I have been a frequent customer, in your Gungahlin, Belconnen and Jamison stores. Although I have been happy with the service provided at the end of each of my sales I ask for a loyalty card and at each store every single time I have been told that they just gave their last one away and should have some more in a few days… then my next visit the same story happens. I feel that as I frequent your stores regularly I would actually like to gain the benefits of having a loyalty card. Julia, January 2012

I have contacted each of the restaurants you have mentioned in your complaint and I can verify that each restaurant now has the new burrito bunch cards available. If the staff don’t give you the card at your next visit because of the, “We don’t have any burrito bunch cards in stock,” excuse, please do not hesitate to contact me.
